Put the text below into your logon script
regedit.exe /s "\\servername\netlogon\proxysettings.reg"
Once that is done create a reg file called "proxysettings.reg" with the text below:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main] "Start Page"="http://www.google.com"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings] "ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001 "ProxyServer"="proxy:8080" "ProxyOverride"="172.*.*.*;10.*.*.*;192.*.*.*;http://limited;webmail.olchs.lancs.sch.uk;training.olchs.lancs.sch.uk;<local>"
Edit the reg file to incorporate your own proxy settings
